ABOUT THE FET TRAINING BAND

During the commencement of their FET year, our learners are introduced to Hospitality Studies and Tourism which familiarises them with the Hotel and Tourism Industry.
It is here that they are subjected to terms such as Beverage Manager, Maitre D, Floor Manager, Waitrons, Chefs, etc. equipping them to serve in the Hotel Industry.
Parents are invited to attend Restaurant Evenings in the Rose Petal Restaurant at the school to experience what their children have learnt in the Restaurant.
Tours are arranged for the Tourism learners so that they experience the Tourist sector first hand.
Thus under the watchful eye of experienced Hospitality Studies and Tourism staff members our learners commence their FET journey with anticipation.
